Fieldview Homes, based in Spalding, is a South Lincolnshire house builder established in 2001. Building homes without compromise is key to our developments and it is our aim that all buyers of our homes are as proud of them as we are.

Fieldview Homes have gradually increased production over the years from one bungalow in its first year to currently building 30 properties ranging from one bedroom apartments to five bedroom detached houses, sizes and styles to suit all requirements. This enables us to keep a very close eye on our new homes and ensure that quality remains at the top of our list of priorities whilst still being able to offer value for money to our customers. All of our new homes carry a ten year NHBC warranty.

Fieldview Homes design all new homes to sympathetically integrate with the existing surrounding area of each development, choosing designs, bricks and roof tiles to compliment the area.
